A member of the State Bars of New York and Georgia, and the Law Society of England and Wales, Mr. Keck co-chairs the American Bar Association’s Subcommittee on Connectivity, Storage and Computing Infrastructure, and previously chaired the Communications Industries Committee and Multinational Mergers and Acquisitions Subcommittee.
