Negotiating consortium agreements for the pursuit of license bids and other purposes.

Negotiating acquisitions and disposals of businesses and other assets, including securing all national and local regulatory approvals.

Advising companies on the implementation of policies and procedures when introducing electronic processes, such as online access systems, to ensure legal and regulatory compliance

Negotiating purchase, subscription and underwriting agreements for initial public offerings, secondary sales, private equity, and registered and unregistered offerings of equity, debt and asset-backed securities.
