The firm's founding partners, Rory Macmillan, and Richard Keck, are qualified in various jurisdictions including the States of New York and Georgia, as well as England and Wales. Together, they have had extensive experience drafting laws and regulations for governments, advising companies and investors on large corporate and financial transactions, and arbitrating and mediating disputes. |
